Both girls born in May ‘25. They love to play fetch and be near their people, and they already know some basic commands with great recall. They're sweet, gentle puppies who do great with kids and can warm up to other pets, looking for a loving home to grow up in.

SPIRIT

When Spirit was found wandering the streets of Waimea, he was at death’s door — weak, malnourished, and barely hanging on. With time, care, and a whole lot of love, this resilient boy made an incredible recovery. Today, Spirit lives up to his name — full of life, strength, and quiet gratitude for every new day.

Despite his age, Spirit enjoys his walks, loves gentle affection, and takes comfort in calm companionship. He’s looking for a home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by kindness and care — a soft bed, steady routine, and someone to remind him that he’s finally safe and loved.

BELLA

Beautiful Bella has come a long way. Once living in a car in Fern Acres and neglected, she’s now thriving in foster care and ready for her forever home.

At about 40 lbs, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, Bella is playful, affectionate, and full of life. She loves to run and play — in her current foster home, she runs 2–5 miles a day! An active family or single person who enjoys the outdoors would be the perfect match for her energy and spirit.

MURRAY

Murray is a retired hunting dog who is looking for his forever home! He is between 5-7 years old but still has lots of energy to go on walks and snuggle up to you on the sofa! He is good with other dogs, but DOES NOT LIKE CATS, so feline households are not a good fit for him.

Honey is a beautiful GSP/Catahoula mix, about 1.5–2 years old. She’s currently in a loving foster home where she’s blossoming into a confident, affectionate girl. Though she can be a little shy at first, once she warms up, her fun, spunky personality shines — she loves to run, play, and soak up all the cuddles she can get!

Honey does great with small dogs and enjoys playtime once she’s comfortable, but she’s not suited for homes with cats or chickens (they’re just too tempting to chase!). She would thrive in an active home that can give her plenty of love, patience, and space to run.

anjo’s story began when she wandered onto the FPG Sanctuary in Hilo, searching for safety and kindness. Now this sweet girl is ready to write her next chapter — one filled with love, security, and a family of her very own.
At just 8 months old, Banjo has already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She weighs about 40-45 pounds and appears to be a whippet-hound mix. What makes her truly special, though, is her heart — she’s affectionate, gentle, and eager to please. Though she has shown some separation anxiety, Banjo is blossoming into a more confident pup every day with patience and love.

Hu’i (Male, ~2 years, fixed)
Hu’i is a total loverboy and Ku’i’s self-appointed protector. A strong, stocky Pitbull mix (around 45 lbs), he’s a gentle giant with a huge heart and an even bigger appetite. Smart as a whip, playful, and affectionate, Hu’i is great with kids and full of charm. He watches over Ku’i like a big brother, and they’re inseparable.

Ku’i and Hu’i share a bond forged through hardship and healing. They comfort each other, play endlessly, and rest side-by-side every night. Separating them would be heartbreaking — their connection is something truly special.

LATTE

Latte is a very sweet girl. Her foster mom reports that she gently takes treats with a soft mouth and gets along well with the 3 bigger dogs in the household. Latte loves belly rubs. She walks great on the leash and is quickly learning recall. She waits patiently to have her kennel door opened and she is 90% housetrained.

HERA

Hera (aka Momma) is ready for her forever home. She was secured after wandering in Hawaiian Acres for a few weeks and sadly we haven't had any luck finding anyone looking for her. We don't know much about where she came from or her history, but she's come a long way from the woeful dog she was when we found her. She's just over 50 lbs, 3-4 years old, heartworm negative, and recently spayed - no more litters for her! She's discovered the wonderful world of peanut butter treats and ear scratches, and is ready for a family that will love her like she deserves.

Hera is quite a goofball, very sweet with the best smile, and pitter-patters her toes when she gets excited. She is content and calm with daily exercise.

Hera is very smart, eager to please, and could quickly become a great pet. Since she's been with her foster humans, she hasn't met a person she doesn't like, although she is not fond of cats or chickens.

She is feeling much better, but her current foster situation isn't ideal. We are hoping to find a forever home quickly, or at least another foster that is better suited to continue helping Hera be a great addition to a family.

Walkie Talkie is a spayed, muted calico female kitten approximately 4–5 months old. She’s microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home! This sweet girl is as talkative as her name suggests — she loves to “chat” and be close to her humans. 💕

Hand-raised with care, Walkie Talkie is comfortable around other cats and does well with dogs, too. She’s affectionate, playful, and will make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys a kitty with personality.

🐱 Meet Natasha – Sweet, Resilient, and Ready for Her Forever Home 💕

Natasha is a beautiful medium-to-long-haired gray tabby, approximately 5–6 months old. She’s spayed, microchipped, and ear-tipped. One of her eyes was damaged when she was a kitten, and we believe she’s blind in that eye — but it doesn’t slow her down one bit! She’s adapted beautifully and lives life with confidence and charm.

Natasha came from a precarious situation but remains incredibly gentle and friendly. She enjoys the company of other cats and doesn’t mind dogs. Natasha is now ready for a loving home where she can feel safe, cared for, and cherished.

🐾 Meet Topi – A Gorgeous Girl with Topaz Eyes ✨

Topi is a beautiful white and gray tabby with stunning topaz-colored eyes. She’s a 1-year-old female who is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ear-tipped. Topi was rescued by a kind tourist after giving birth to kittens and has been settling into her foster home ever since.

She’s friendly but a little aloof at first — once she feels safe, her sweet and gentle personality shines through. Topi would do best in a calm, loving home where she can continue to feel secure and appreciated.
